Remote EMEA SaaS Commercial Counsel

DoiT International is seeking a Legal Counsel to join our global legal team. This remote role, based in the UK or Ireland, focuses on commercial negotiations, partner programs, and providing practical legal guidance across EMEA and beyond.

Reporting to the General Counsel, you will manage complex contracts, support sales teams, and help scale the business while balancing legal risk. A JD and substantial international SaaS experience are required, with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
