About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote English Language Instructor to join their virtual faculty, serving learners from Belfast and beyond. This role focuses on teaching English as a second language (ESL) to international students and professionals through online platforms. You will be responsible for developing engaging lesson plans, facilitating interactive classes, and providing personalised feedback to help students improve their fluency, grammar, and overall communication skills. Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive English language lessons online, covering grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversational skills.
• Create a supportive and immersive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
• Utilise a variety of digital teaching tools, multimedia resources, and interactive exercises to enhance learning outcomes.
• Assess student progress through regular assignments, tests, and conversational evaluations, providing detailed feedback.

Requirements

• A recognised TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience teaching English as a foreign or second language, preferably to international students.
• Excellent command of the English language, with strong grammar and pronunciation skills.
• Proficiency in using online teaching platforms, video conferencing software, and digital learning resources.
