Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced remote technical support and troubleshooting for equipment malfunctions.
• Conduct virtual diagnostics using remote access tools and software.
• Document support interactions, solutions, and escalation procedures accurately.
• Collaborate with on-site field teams to guide them through complex repair processes.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of common issues and their resolutions.
• Identify recurring problems and suggest product or process improvements to the engineering team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical support or field service role, preferably within Installation & Maintenance .
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, with excellent diagnostic skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
