Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical assistance to clients regarding equipment setup, operation, and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat.
• Utilize remote diagnostic tools to identify, analyze, and resolve equipment malfunctions and performance issues.
• Guide users through complex installation and configuration processes.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system.
• Contribute to the knowledge base by creating and updating support documentation and FAQs.
• Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback for product improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical support, field service, or similar role, with a strong technical aptitude.
• Excellent remote troubleshooting skills and familiarity with remote access and diagnostic tools.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Proficiency in using ticketing systems and managing a support queue effectively.
