About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and creative Remote Event Catering Planner to join their dynamic team, managing catering arrangements for events across the UK, with operational links to Reading . This role is fully remote, requiring a self-disciplined individual who can effectively plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of catering for a diverse range of events without being physically present on-site. You will liaise with clients, collaborate with a network of approved caterers, manage budgets, and ensure seamless execution from conception to completion. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end planning and coordination of catering services for various events, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Liaise directly with clients to understand their event requirements, dietary needs, and budget constraints.
• Select and manage relationships with a portfolio of approved catering partners, ensuring quality and reliability.
• Develop detailed event catering proposals, menus, and logistical plans.
• Oversee event budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met for each event.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event planning or catering coordination, with a strong portfolio of successful events.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong client and supplier relationships remotely.
