About the Role

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Event Logistics Specialist to join their expanding team. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for coordinating the logistical aspects of virtual and hybrid catering events, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional client experiences. You will manage vendor relationships, track deliveries, handle troubleshooting, and ensure all operational details are meticulously managed from a distance. This is a critical role that supports the success of our client's innovative catering solutions for remote and dispersed workforces.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end logistics for remote catering orders, including vendor selection, scheduling, and delivery coordination.
• Ensure accurate and timely communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding event details and status updates.
• Monitor delivery schedules and proactively address any potential delays or issues to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain comprehensive records of event logistics, vendor performance, and associated costs.
• Develop and implement efficient processes for managing remote catering logistics and resolving operational challenges.
• Coordinate with culinary teams and event managers to align logistics with overall event planning.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in logistics coordination , event planning, or supply chain management, preferably in a remote setting.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail are crucial for this role.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle unexpected challenges calmly and effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams and vendors virtually.
