About the Role

Our client is looking for a creative and meticulous Remote Event Planner to conceptualize, organize, and execute a variety of virtual and hybrid events. This role requires an individual who can manage all aspects of event planning from a distance, including client communication, vendor management, budget oversight, and ensuring seamless execution. You will leverage technology to connect with clients and stakeholders, delivering outstanding event experiences that meet strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their event goals, vision, and budget, translating requirements into actionable plans.
• Source, negotiate with, and manage virtual and hybrid event vendors, including technology providers, caterers, and entertainment.
• Develop comprehensive event strategies, detailed timelines, and project plans for each event.
• Manage event budgets meticulously, tracking expenses, processing invoices, and ensuring financial targets are met.
• Oversee the technical aspects of virtual events, including platform selection, user experience, and engagement strategies.
• Coordinate pre-event, on-site (if applicable), and post-event logistics, ensuring a flawless experience for all attendees.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Event Planner or in a similar event management role, with a strong portfolio of successful events.
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management abilities, with experience managing remote relationships.
• Proficiency with event management software, virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Hopin), and standard office tools.
• A creative mindset with a talent for innovative event design and execution.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines effectively, and troubleshoot challenges remotely.
