About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of virtual and hybrid events, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional guest experiences. You will leverage your organisational prowess and communication skills to manage multiple projects, liaise with stakeholders, and oversee event logistics from your home office. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of virtual and hybrid events, including scheduling, platform management, and attendee engagement.
• Source and manage vendors, suppliers, and talent for event needs, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality.
• Develop detailed event timelines, budgets, and run sheets, ensuring all deliverables are met.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and addressing queries promptly.
• Manage online registration processes and attendee communications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support during live event components.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event planning, with a focus on virtual or hybrid events.
