About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly organized and proactive Remote Fleet Dispatch Coordinator to manage and optimize their transportation operations from a remote location. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating driver schedules, tracking vehicle movements, and ensuring efficient delivery routes to meet customer demands. You will serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, providing support and resolving logistical challenges in real-time, all while working from the convenience of your own home. This position is vital for maintaining seamless communication and operational efficiency within the logistics network.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and assign daily routes and schedules for a fleet of delivery vehicles using dispatch software.
• Monitor vehicle locations and progress in real-time, proactively addressing any delays or issues.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, providing clear instructions, updates, and support throughout their shifts.
• Coordinate with warehouse and customer service teams to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
