Remote Food & Beverage Coordinator

About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Food & Beverage Coordinator to join their growing virtual team, supporting operations based in and around Cardiff . In this entirely remote role, you will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of food and beverage services, including inventory management, supplier relations, and menu planning support, all managed from your home office. You will contribute to ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality dining experiences for our clients' customers. This position is ideal for an organized individual with a strong understanding of hospitality operations and excellent remote work capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track inventory levels for food and beverage supplies, ensuring adequate stock and minimizing waste.
• Coordinate with suppliers to place orders, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Assist in the development and standardization of menu offerings, ensuring alignment with client preferences and industry trends.
• Maintain accurate records of expenditures, invoices, and budgets related to food and beverage operations.
• Liaise with operational teams to communicate menu changes, stock updates, and any relevant operational information.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a food and beverage role within the hospitality industry or a similar coordination role.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail in managing inventory and data.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and standard office applications (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for interacting with suppliers and internal teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
