Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
• Design and implement efficient, scalable database solutions (SQL and NoSQL).
• Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and assist in troubleshooting and debugging production issues.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications and functional features.
• Actively contribute to improving development processes and tools within a remote-first environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, with proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Strong experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) and Node.js.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language such as Python, Java, or Ruby, and related frameworks.
• Solid understanding of database design, management, and optimization (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fully remote team environment.
