Key Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments for geothermal energy projects .
• Design and optimize geothermal power plant systems, including drilling, well completion, and surface facilities.
• Utilize geological and geophysical data to characterize subsurface thermal resources.
• Monitor the performance of operating geothermal plants and implement improvements.
• Stay abreast of technological advancements and regulatory developments in the geothermal energy field.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, proposals, and economic analyses for potential investments.

Requirements

• Degree in Geology, Geophysics, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in geothermal exploration , resource assessment, or project development.
• Familiarity with geothermal drilling techniques, reservoir engineering, and thermodynamics.
• Proficiency in relevant software for geological modeling and energy system design .
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment .
