Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of geothermal exploration and development projects.

Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. in Petroleum Engineering, Geological Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in geothermal energy or related subsurface engineering fields.
- Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., TOUGH2, EGS tools) and data analysis techniques.
- Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer principles in geothermal systems.
- Proven leadership experience managing complex engineering projects and diverse teams.
