Remote Head of Operational Excellence

About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Remote Head of Operational Excellence to drive significant improvements in efficiency and effectiveness across their global operations. This fully remote position requires a passionate advocate for continuous improvement, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing programs that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and elevate the overall quality of services delivered. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of process optimization, and the ability to lead change initiatives remotely, fostering a culture of quality and efficiency throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for operational excellence across the company.
• Lead and facilitate Lean Six Sigma projects to drive process improvements and cost savings.
• Develop training programs and coach teams on operational excellence methodologies.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the impact of initiatives.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, recommending and implementing effective solutions.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Operational Excellence , Continuous Improvement, or Process Improvement roles.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex improvement projects with measurable results.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and change management skills, adaptable to a remote setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
