Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized wellness plans tailored to individual client needs and goals, covering nutrition, fitness, stress management, and mindfulness.
• Conduct regular virtual coaching sessions, providing encouragement, accountability, and expert guidance.
• Educate clients on healthy lifestyle choices and empower them to adopt sustainable habits.

Requirements

• Certification from a recognized holistic health or wellness coaching program.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in providing personalized health and wellness coaching.
• Strong understanding of nutrition, exercise physiology, mental well-being, and stress reduction techniques.
• Excellent virtual communication, active listening, and motivational skills.
