This role is designed for an individual passionate about guiding clients towards balanced and healthier lifestyles through personalised, remote coaching sessions. You will empower clients to set and achieve goals related to nutrition, stress management, mindfulness, and overall well-being. Working from your own space, you will connect with clients across the UK, offering support, accountability, and evidence-based strategies for lasting positive change.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one virtual coaching sessions with clients to assess their wellness goals and challenges.
• Develop personalised wellness plans, focusing on areas such as nutrition, fitness, stress reduction, and sleep hygiene.
• Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability to clients through various communication channels.
• Educate clients on holistic health principles and empower them with tools for self-management.
• Track client progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

Requirements

• Certification from a recognised holistic health or wellness coaching program.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in wellness coaching or a related field.
• Strong understanding of nutrition, mindfulness, stress management, and general well-being principles.
• Excellent virtual communication, active listening, and empathy skills.
• Proficiency in using online conferencing platforms and client management software.
