About the Role

Our client, a progressive digital health and wellness platform, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Remote Holistic Wellness Coach to join their expanding virtual support team, available to work from home anywhere in the UK . This role focuses on empowering clients to achieve their health and well-being goals through a comprehensive, holistic approach, addressing physical, mental, and emotional aspects of health. You will provide personalized coaching, guidance, and support via online platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one virtual coaching sessions with clients to identify goals and develop personalized wellness plans.
• Guide clients in areas such as nutrition, stress management, mindfulness, fitness, and sleep hygiene.
• Provide motivation, accountability, and support to help clients overcome challenges and achieve sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Develop and curate digital resources, educational content, and workshops related to holistic well-being.
• Track client progress and regularly review and adjust wellness plans as needed.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to professional coaching ethics and standards.

Requirements

• Certified Holistic Coach or equivalent certification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience providing holistic wellness coaching .
• Strong knowledge base across various wellness domains including nutrition, mindfulness, fitness, and stress reduction.
• Excellent active listening, empathy, and communication skills, adapted for virtual interaction.
• Proficiency in using online coaching platforms, video conferencing tools, and digital communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively in a remote environment.
