About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client operations, including F&B, service, and management structures.
• Develop strategic recommendations and actionable plans to improve operational efficiency and financial performance.
• Advise clients on best practices in customer service, marketing, and staff training.
• Assist clients in developing and implementing new business models or service offerings.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, outlining findings and recommendations.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in hospitality management at a senior level (e.g., General Manager, Operations Director).
• Proven track record in strategic planning, operational improvement, and P&L management.
• In-depth knowledge of various hospitality sectors (hotels, restaurants, events).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects remotely.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
