About the Role

Our client, a leading recruitment consultancy, is seeking an enthusiastic Remote Talent Sourcer to focus on identifying and engaging candidates for technical roles. This position is entirely remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will be the first point of contact for many potential candidates, using innovative sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines for our clients' critical technology positions. Your success will be measured by the quality and quantity of candidates you identify and engage, directly impacting our clients' ability to secure top tech talent in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced search techniques across various platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards) to identify qualified candidates for tech roles .
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screening calls to assess interest, basic qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.

Requirements

• Proven experience in talent sourcing , recruitment, or a related HR field, with a focus on technology roles.
• Proficiency with various sourcing tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• A proactive and curious mindset, with a passion for the tech industry.
