Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage hotel bookings efficiently and accurately using booking platforms and internal systems.
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding availability, room types, rates, and amenities via email and phone.
• Assist guests with special requests, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Communicate directly with hotel partners to confirm reservations, special arrangements, and address any discrepancies.
• Maintain up-to-date booking information and ensure data integrity within the reservation system.
• Provide support to the sales and operations teams regarding booking status and availability.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel reservations, travel agency, or customer service role (2+ years).
• Excellent understanding of booking systems and reservation processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with online travel agencies (OTAs).
