Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies, including pricing, inventory control, and forecasting.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and historical data to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Manage room inventory across all distribution channels, ensuring optimal pricing and availability.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align strategies and maximize overall hotel performance.
- Prepare regular revenue performance reports and present insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Stay abreast of new technologies and industry best practices in revenue management.
- Proven experience as a Hotel Revenue Manager or in a similar analytical role within the hospitality sector.
- Strong understanding of revenue management principles, forecasting techniques, and pricing strategies.
- Proficiency in using revenue management software, PMS, and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
