About the Role
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and organised Remote HR Administrator to support their HR department from anywhere in the UK. This role is essential for maintaining the smooth functioning of HR operations, focusing on accurate record-keeping, efficient administration, and providing support for HR processes. You will be a key point of contact for employee queries and will ensure that all HR documentation and systems are up-to-date and compliant. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Process new starter information, employment changes, and leaver documentation.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits in a timely manner.
- Assist with the administration of recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters.
- Generate HR reports and management information as required.
- Support the HR team with general administrative tasks and projects.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an HR administration or general administrative role.
- Familiarity with HR processes and procedures.
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS.
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently.
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
