About the Role
Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Remote HR Advisor to join their Human Resources department, supporting operations across the UK from a fully remote capacity. This role is integral to providing comprehensive HR support, advice, and guidance to employees and management, ensuring consistent application of policies and fostering a positive employee experience. You will manage a diverse range of HR activities, working independently and collaboratively within a virtual team environment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert HR advice and support to line managers and employees on various HR matters, including employee relations, performance, and policy interpretation.
- Manage and advise on complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and legally compliant resolutions.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects, such as performance management cycles and employee engagement programs.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with UK employment law and data protection regulations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and services in a remote work context.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar HR generalist role, with a strong understanding of employee relations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and standard office software.
- CIPD Level 5 or above qualification is highly desirable.
