Key Responsibilities

• Respond to employee and manager queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with UK employment law.
• Support the HR team with various projects, such as onboarding, training coordination, and HR system administration.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within HR information systems.
• Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive company culture through remote engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Advisor, HR Officer, or similar HR generalist role.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience in handling employee relations issues and providing HR advice remotely.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport virtually.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
