Key Responsibilities
- Respond to employee and manager queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with UK employment law.
- Support the HR team with various projects, such as onboarding, training coordination, and HR system administration.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within HR information systems.
- Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive company culture through remote engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor, HR Officer, or similar HR generalist role.
- Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience in handling employee relations issues and providing HR advice remotely.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport virtually.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting.
