Remote HR Business Partner for Change & People Strategy

Inspired is seeking an HR Business Partner to join our HR team. This home-based role requires travel to our Kirkham office in Lancashire twice a month.

You will act as a trusted advisor to managers, delivering commercially focused people strategies across designated business areas. Working with senior leaders, you will lead employee relations, change initiatives and HR projects, ensuring compliance with UK employment law while supporting wellbeing and business objectives.
