Strategic HR Business Partner — Change & People Strategy

Counter Terrorism Policing HQ is seeking an HR Business Partner to support change delivery and resourcing across CT leadership. You will ensure employment law compliance and manage HR processes within the Target Operating Model framework, advising senior stakeholders and engaging HR SMEs.

The role requires vetting to DV level and British nationality, with a focus on risk management, stakeholder engagement and strategic HR delivery across the national CT network.
