Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR advice and support to employees and managers via digital channels.
• Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures suitable for a remote workforce.
• Handle employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
• Oversee and improve remote onboarding processes to ensure new hires feel integrated and supported.
• Collaborate with leadership on talent development, engagement strategies, and culture initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, with a significant portion of experience in a remote capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and remote collaboration tools.
• Exceptional communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills for virtual interaction.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively.
