Remote HR Generalist

About the Role

Our client is seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Remote HR Generalist to support their operations across the UK. This fully remote role is responsible for managing a broad range of HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee support and HR administration. You will be a key point of contact for employees, ensuring a positive and efficient HR experience. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding of employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and line managers on various HR matters.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS) and ensure data integrity.
• Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with UK employment law.
• Support HR projects related to employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a broad HR Generalist role, preferably in a remote setting.
• Good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Strong administrative skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with virtual teams.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• CIPD Level 3 or above qualification is advantageous.
