About the Role
Our client is seeking a versatile and proactive Remote HR Generalist to join their fully distributed team. This role will provide comprehensive HR support across various functions, serving as a key point of contact for employees and managers, regardless of their location. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing HR initiatives, managing employee relations, supporting recruitment, and ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws. Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to employees and managers on a wide range of HR matters, including performance, conduct, and policy interpretation.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, conducting investigations and recommending appropriate actions.
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job profiling, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support the delivery of training and development programs remotely.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR data, utilising HR Information Systems effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Advisor, with a strong understanding of all core HR functions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law and its practical application across different scenarios.
- Experience in managing employee relations cases and providing HR support in a remote or distributed setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and digital collaboration skills.
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) is advantageous.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage workload effectively in a remote work setup.
