Remote HR Generalist

About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive and versatile Remote HR Generalist to join their expanding, fully remote team. This role is critical in supporting our diverse workforce across various locations, ensuring consistent HR practices and fostering a positive employee experience. You will be the first point of contact for many HR-related queries, playing an essential role in the day-to-day operations of the HR function. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR support to employees and managers remotely, covering a wide range of HR issues.
• Manage HR administration processes, including onboarding, offboarding, contract amendments, and HRIS updates.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with UK employment law.
• Support recruitment activities, including posting jobs, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
• Facilitate employee relations matters, offering guidance and support to resolve issues effectively.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive remote working culture.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a generalist HR role , preferably with exposure to remote work.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, suitable for remote interaction.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
