Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
• Manage and maintain accurate employee data within the HR Information System (HRIS).
• Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding and offboarding of new and departing employees.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation in a remote context.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an HR support or specialist role, preferably in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and standard office software.
