Remote HR Specialist

About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Remote HR Specialist to join their fully remote HR team. This role is critical for supporting our diverse workforce across the UK, managing a variety of HR functions remotely. You will focus on areas such as employee relations, policy implementation, and HR project support, working collaboratively with colleagues and management in a virtual setting. The ideal candidate is proactive, possesses strong HR knowledge, and excels in communication and organisation within a remote work structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR support to employees and line managers remotely, addressing queries and providing guidance.
• Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and ensure fair and consistent application of policies.
• Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures across the organisation.
• Contribute to HR projects, such as developing new HR initiatives or improving existing processes.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and best practices in all HR activities.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity within HR systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Specialist, HR Advisor, or HR Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in handling employee relations and conducting investigations.
• Excellent virtual communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage workload effectively, and maintain confidentiality in a remote environment.
• CIPD qualification is desirable.
