Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote HR support and guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Assist in managing employee relations cases, conducting investigations, and advising on disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Support the talent acquisition process, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews for remote roles.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives for a remote workforce.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant UK employment legislation, particularly in a remote working context.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar HR role, such as HR Advisor or HR Specialist, with a strong understanding of UK employment law.
• Experience supporting a remote workforce or working effectively in a remote role yourself.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, suitable for a virtual environment.
• Proficiency with HRIS and other HR technologies.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage your workload effectively from a remote location.
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
