About the Role

You will be responsible for managing key HR processes, including employee onboarding, performance management support, and ensuring compliance with employment law. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
• Assist in the administration of performance management cycles and talent development programs.
• Handle employee relations queries and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records within the HRIS.
• Support HR projects and initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement of HR services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a HR Specialist or similar HR operational role.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong IT proficiency, particularly with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a distributed team.
