Key Responsibilities

• Design and document new operational processes, workflows, and systems using process mapping and modeling software.

• Develop detailed process specifications, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials for remote implementation.
• Utilize simulation and data analysis to test and validate proposed process designs before implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a significant focus on process design and analysis.
• Proficiency in process modeling software (e.g., Visio, BPMN tools) and data analysis techniques.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
