This role is responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential and existing customers through phone and digital channels. You will manage inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting to identify opportunities and close deals. Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound sales inquiries and leads, converting them into qualified opportunities.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to generate interest and schedule product demonstrations.
- Present and sell our client's products and services to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
- Effectively manage a sales pipeline using CRM software, ensuring all activities are logged accurately.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales and achieve revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an inside sales or sales development role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and persuasive tone.
- Strong ability to self-manage time, stay organised, and maintain productivity in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- A proactive approach to sales and a desire to achieve targets.
- Must have a dedicated home office setup and reliable internet connection.
