About the Role

This role is fully remote, offering the flexibility to manage installations and provide technical assistance from a home-based office. You will be instrumental in guiding customers through the installation process of our innovative products, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth operational start. Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote guidance and support for the installation and configuration of client systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients via phone, email, or remote access tools.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including installation guides and troubleshooting FAQs.
• Conduct remote diagnostics to identify hardware and software problems, offering practical solutions.
• Collaborate with the internal support and engineering teams to escalate complex issues and share insights.
• Monitor client system performance and proactively address potential problems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical support, field service, or installation role with a strong remote component.
• Excellent technical aptitude and familiarity with networking, software installation, and hardware troubleshooting.
