Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote guidance and support for the successful installation of client equipment and software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers via phone, email, or chat platforms.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including remote installation guides and FAQs.
• Conduct remote diagnostics to identify root causes of problems and implement effective solutions.
• Proactively monitor customer systems for potential issues and offer preventative support.
• Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate internal teams while maintaining ownership of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical support, installation, or a similar customer-facing engineering role, with a strong emphasis on remote assistance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose technical issues without physical access.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Proficiency with remote access tools and ticketing systems.
