You will provide remote assistance, guiding customers through installation processes, troubleshooting technical challenges, and ensuring successful deployment of our solutions without the need for on-site presence. Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for the installation and configuration of client systems.
• Guide customers through step-by-step installation procedures via phone, video conferencing, and remote access tools.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues encountered during the remote installation process.
• Develop and maintain clear, concise remote support documentation and guides.

Requirements
