Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive advice and guidance to customers on various insurance products via phone, email, and online chat.
• Assist customers with new policy applications, ensuring all information is accurately captured and processed.
• Handle customer inquiries, policy amendments, and renewals in a timely and professional manner.
• Explain policy terms, conditions, and benefits clearly to ensure customer understanding.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell relevant insurance products based on customer needs.
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the company's CRM system, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
