Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate insurance claims in accordance with policy terms and conditions.
• Communicate effectively with policyholders, witnesses, and third parties to gather necessary information.
• Determine coverage liability and calculate appropriate settlement amounts.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claim activities and correspondence within the claims management system.
• Adhere to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance throughout the claims process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Insurance Claims Adjuster or in a similar claims handling role.
• Solid understanding of insurance policies, legal principles, and claims investigation techniques.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple claims concurrently.
