Remote Insurance Product Manager

About the Role

Our client is looking for a strategic and innovative Insurance Product Manager to lead the development and management of new insurance products within their fully remote team, serving markets including Sheffield . You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from market research and concept development to launch and ongoing optimization. This role requires a deep understanding of the insurance landscape, customer needs, and market trends. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, marketing, sales, and technology, in a virtual environment to drive product success.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new insurance products.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, and requirements for new and existing insurance offerings.
• Oversee the development, pricing, and launch of insurance products, ensuring profitability and market fit.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and implement improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in product management , preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, market dynamics, and regulatory considerations.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing product lifecycles and working with agile development methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion in a remote setting.
