Remote Interim Banking & Finance Counsel (4–6m)

We are assisting a leading international financial institution with an interim Banking & Finance Lawyer (outside IR35) for a 4–6 month contract, remote from the UK. The role supports the Corporate Finance team on high‑value financing transactions across domestic and cross‑border matters.

The successful lawyer will bring 4–6 PQE in banking & finance, strong grounding in LMA/APLMA documentation, and the ability to work autonomously. In-house exposure is advantageous but not required.
