Key Responsibilities

• Process investment trades, subscriptions, redemptions, and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile investment holdings, cash balances, and trade activity.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
• Investigate and resolve trade breaks, settlement issues, and operational discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with fund managers, custodians, and other third parties.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in investment operations, fund accounting, or a related financial role.
• Strong understanding of various investment instruments (equities, fixed income, funds).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, suitable for a remote role .
