Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, software applications, and hardware.
• Install, configure, and update software and hardware remotely.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Assist with user account management and access control.
• Identify trends in support requests and escalate recurring issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an IT support or help desk role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Familiarity with common office productivity software and network troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems is essential.
