Remote Lead 5G Solutions Architect

About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative and experienced Lead 5G Solutions Architect to drive the design and implementation of next-generation 5G solutions. This is a fully remote position where you will leverage your deep expertise in 5G technologies to architect cutting-edge services and platforms. You will work closely with product management, engineering, and sales teams to define and deliver robust, scalable, and secure 5G solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end 5G solutions, including core network, radio access network (RAN), and edge computing components.
• Develop architectural blueprints, technical specifications, and deployment strategies for 5G services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and vendor solutions relevant to 5G.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Conduct proof-of-concept projects and technology trials to validate new solutions.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in telecommunications, with a strong specialization in 5G architecture and deployment.
• In-depth knowledge of 3GPP standards, network function virtualization (NFV), software-defined networking (SDN), and cloud-native principles.
• Proven experience architecting and delivering large-scale mobile network solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams in a remote or distributed environment.
