Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptual design and creative development of architectural projects, ensuring innovative and client-focused solutions.
• Guide and inspire a team of architectural designers, providing mentorship and constructive feedback to foster professional growth.
• Develop and present compelling design proposals, visualizations, and narratives to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure design integrity, aesthetic quality, and functional performance are maintained throughout all project phases.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure designs are buildable, compliant with regulations, and meet project objectives.

Requirements

• A degree in Architecture or Interior Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design capabilities and leadership.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in architectural design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior role.
• Advanced proficiency in design and visualization software such as Rhino , 3ds Max , V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent understanding of architectural principles, aesthetics, and building technologies.
• Superb remote communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
