Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of complex data science projects, from data acquisition to model deployment, focusing on renewable energy analytics .
- Develop and implement advanced statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics to forecast energy generation, identify efficiency improvements, and optimize grid integration.
- Mentor and guide a team of data scientists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior management.

Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in data science, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
- Expertise in programming languages such as Python or R, and proficiency with data science libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Demonstrated experience in the energy sector , particularly with renewable energy data.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
