Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex, scalable, and responsive user interfaces using React .
• Mentor and guide a team of frontend engineers, providing technical leadership and fostering a culture of high-quality code and collaboration.
• Establish and enforce frontend architecture patterns, coding standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Optimize frontend performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth interactions across all devices.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in frontend development , with at least 3 years in a leadership or lead role.
• Deep expertise in React and its ecosystem, including state management (e.g., Redux, Context API) and routing.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility, and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel) and testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, comfortable working in a fully remote environment .
