Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced security solutions across the enterprise.
• Mentor and guide a team of information security engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Architect and implement robust security controls for cloud environments (AWS, Azure), networks, and applications.
• Develop and maintain security infrastructure documentation, standards, and best practices.
• Proactively identify and mitigate security risks through advanced threat intelligence and vulnerability management.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to embed security into the CI/CD pipeline and development lifecycle in a remote setting.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field; CISSP or CISM certification is mandatory.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in information security engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud security architectures, network security protocols, cryptography, and identity management.
• Proven experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Python) for security infrastructure management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects in a distributed team.
